Phd in system analysis and agro-ecology (Technical University Braunschweig), case study research in environmental management (ETH Zürich, Switzerland), development and application of mathematical system analysis and management methods (Systaim, Zürich).

Founder and managing partner of Systaim (since 2003).

Professor for Mathematics at Hochschule für Technik in Rapperswil (since 2009).
